Performance of DaoGen with Mapping tools

Posted by anonymous 30.07.2004 11:00

Hi Luigi

1. You may be aware of the recent trend to use OR Mapping tools to provide object Persistence. Can you comment on that and the advantage of using DAO design patterns over that. Though I am yet to use DAOGen, I have been using the DAO design pattern with DAO 's and DTO's. So I would like to hear your experience on this.

I am not sure if this is off topic. If so Sorry.

Not off-topic at all! Performance is important thing. However, I have been travelling and just came back home. I will return to this later.
